Zappos was most accommodating to me needs, keeping me informed by e-mail and promptly responding to a telephone inquiry. I ordered a pair of tennis sneakers and was impressed by the service and product. I subsequently ordered another pair as well as a pair of orthotics. Zappos upgraded by delivery for the second pair to overnight, at no extra expense. Their prices were in line with various mid-west tennis outlets that I have used and provided better service.

This is the most uncomfortable shoe I have owned. Very narrow; pinches in the toes; runs on the small side size-wise. The inner sole feels like it was made out of drywall (no cushion at all).
Other brands recommended by reviewer: I\'m sticking with Addidas or New Balance.

The shoes are sturdy made and pretty comfortable. However, the design that has a bulging side looks a little bit awkward.

My Eric Michael boots just arrived, couldn't be happier, the Little Black Boot quest is always such a happening adventure with you guys. Not only do I love my boots, I love Zappos! This overnight shipping is amazing, having ordered these late late LATE yesterday, how do you do it! Zappos storks? Shot from cannons? Men in Black??? We've written before, lamenting our departure from California to the N'West. Every box from you is like a breath of sunshine from home.
