The shoe looks better in the box than on the feet...the heel height is not 3", it\'s close to 4" so that was a bummer for someone like me who was looking for not-so-high heels. They also fit small..I usually wear a 8 1/2 but the 81/2 M was a little too snug. Unfortunately will be returning these!

	No Joke, I ordered my shoes last night and when I returned home from work, guess what was waiting for me? My Zappos order! Less than 24 hours turn-around! Your team rocks. If you guys sold insurance, I would totally buy it. I will recommend your site to any and everyone. Chad
