This style literally caused Plantar Fasciitis after 2 8 mile walks. I was fitted properly at the store I bought them from & later rechecked the bottom to assure the strike was proper. I've never had this problem before nor ever had to wear insoles in any shoe. There seems to be no support at all & cannot wear without using Polysorb Total Support insoles. These did feel fine till walking a few miles, so my issue is with the necessary support any foot would need for walks or runs. I am neutral with high arch. I am returning to Brooks & ordered the Glycerin 7 from Zappos. Brooks has never let me down in the past, but local store was out of them when I needed a new shoe. Adios Adidas!

After retiring my old Adidas running kicks, these were an easy choice, a good cushioning shoe for my normal pronation and heavier stride. Comfy shoes right out of the box, true to size and well priced. Perfect for long runs where I want a soft, solid footstrike; wore these in a 10K race on pavement and it's like running on a cloud! Faster runners might want something lighter and more responsive, but if you have a heavier step and pronate normally (no rolling), you'll love these shoes. I sure do! As always, Zappos service/shipping is top-notch!

Zappos - super fast shipping! The Supernova Glide W was just okay for me. I ordered them since they are supposed to be more comfortable for bunion issues. They weren't too bad, but not perfect. I also didn't love the appearance. They tend to make the foot look longer. They do have fun colors, though. They seemed to run true to size. Alas, back they go.

Love the Supernova Glide!
I ordered these and was wearing them in less than 18 hours. I don't know how they do it, but I was excited and thrilled to find them on my doorstep this afternoon. I wore them right out of the box on a walk and then to the mall and they fit perfectly. I love them! They are supportive, cushiony, no slip in the heel at all and a roomy toe. I will use these to walk and run.

Love these shoes. My feet are wider in front and narrow in the back. I have been wearing stability running shoes for years and finally someone recommended trying these since I don't pronate that much. These felt like I was wearing slippers right out of the box. They are cushy, but not too much and offer just enough arch support. I ran a ten mile race one week after wearing these for the first time. They were great!

I just have to post a review today since I\'ve been shopping at Zappos for the past few years with the help of all you reviewers, but I never took the time to post a review. \r\n\r\nI read about this shoe on a site about getting out & exercising which recommended several running/walking shoes. It was recommended for people with issues like bunions, which I have and for walkers as well as runners. So I went to Zappos to see if it was there. It was & got very good reviews from you all. I always read what reviwers say about fit, too, especially since I wear size 12. If many reviewers say a shoe runs small I won\'t order it because I can\'t order up. I ordered these last night and they were delivered this afternoon. Out of the box, they look and feel good. Also, they don\'t look huge, which I really appreciate!\r\n\r\nShoe shopping has become so much easier for this big foot gal since I discovered Zappos! Who says old dogs (like me)can\'t learn new tricks? I tell everyone about Zappos.

I agree with Sandy that these shoes are a good choice for bunion issues. I've had surgery on the left foot, and it's still oversized and extremely sensitive -- can't stand any pressure or rubbing. The Supernova has that almost stretchy mesh upper and no seams around the toes -- very comfortable. Also, I have heel pain, so I need good arch support and deep cushioning on the heel. Got it! The shoe is lightweight and flexible, too.I usually wear a 6 1/2 but found I needed a 7 in this model, with thick athletic socks. I also agree about the shoelaces -- why so short? Is there a worldwide shoelace shortage or something? They couldn't add 4-6 inches to each lace? I find that a bit weird. All in all, a good find!

Cushiony, well made, decent arch support. A very good lightweight shoe for running and walking. Works best for pronators.

Feel Good Feet -
These are the best support and comfortable shoes. I'm on my feet several hours daily and I walk 4 to 5 times weekly. They are true to the size, soft, excellent arch support and great looking style shoes. I give these shoes five stars.

Awesome running shoe!
I run 3-4 times a week and absolutely love this shoe! It provides great cushion and support. I wore the Supernova 6 before this shoe and loved it as well. This updated version is definitely worth the price.

Great For Bunions -
Even though I am not the average person that is going to wear this shoe for running, I thought I'd give my comments. I am in my mid 60's and have many foot problems. I wear running shoes for their cushioning over "street shoes". I applaud whoever "discovered" that most women have bunions and this shoe was very comfortable in the bunion area… no seams is WONDERFUL. I have quite a high arch and the tongue doesn't seem to be quite wide enough and could use a little more padding. The one thing that they have changed on both the men’s and women’s shoe is to DRASTICALLY shorten the size of the laces... both my husband and myself had to throw out the laces that came with the shoes... way too short to tie. We both have narrow heels and do the "runner's tie" to tighten the heel fit... unable to even tie normally with the laces that came with the shoe. The forefront cushioning is very good, however, I still had to add a gel pad in the forefront for my total comfort... the toe box accommodated it fine and made the overall comfort very good. The toe box is comfortably wide. I hesitated ordering this shoe as it only comes in a medium width and I always get a wide width... this fit fine. These shoes do NOT accommodate my orthotics, which I am disappointed with. Overall I would recommend this shoe. As always, Zappos has quick delivery.

adidas Supernova Glide... it's alright -
I still prefer the expired Classic Supernova version, but this pair definitely feels light on the feet, although not as well supported (at least not for a marathon, but feels absolutely fine for shorter distances)... still testing them out, but so far, not so bad...

Great product -
I have severe bunions...but can't afford the surgery at this point and I'm not convinced it would help. From the moment I put these shoes on I felt relief! They have not been off of my feet since they arrived (save for church services). I would highly recommend them to any woman who has ruined her feet with high heels and pointy toe boxes...the price we pay as we get older!

Love it...
I am starting to run again after years of laziness and wanted a shoe to motivate me. The SuperNova Glide is light, very comfortable (the only thing is my arch is high and nothing has seemed to match the old Nikes with the removable arch support for me). I definitely recommend this shoe.

Love them. Bought the new under armour running shoes and they pinched and felt like a rock. These are light and super cushy. They give ample support and my feet and legs have not heard once since receiving them. They are the best running shoes I have owned. They just feel good.

 |  | My first experience with Zappos.com was during the winter a few years ago when I needed a pair of silver sandals to wear during the holidays. I saw Zappos.com advertised at the airport and thought to see what they were about. The rest is history. During that search for sandals I had as many as nine pairs here to try. They came the day after I ordered them via FedEx and those I didn't choose (I ended up with two pairs) I put back in the box, taped it shut, attached the prepared return label they had enclosed with the shipment, and dropped them off at the packaging store that same day. They were gone almost as easily as walking away from a pile of tried on rejects in the department store! Since then I use them more than 70% of the time when I am shoe shopping. There really isn't anything quite like trying on shoes with the clothes in my closet as well as trying for fit and comfort. It's an ideal way to buy shoes and I highly recommend it!
