I love this shoe BUT sizing is an issue!
The shoe is comfortable as heck, but the size fits at least one full size smaller if not a bit more. For instance, this shoe in a size 13 in comparison to the jordan sandal size 12,is more than an inch and a half shorter in length. I'd recommend go up a size or two if you don't want a wall to wall fit, or the toes creeping over the edge look

Declining product -
I’ve had two earlier versions of this flip flop and loved them; but 270 lbs destroys them over a summer. This new version is poorly made and twists 45 degrees under my feet. Not sure where the problem lies be seems to be in the footbed design. The old ones were sturdy, flexible rubberlike plastic; these are flimsy foam-filled wafers. Not worth the money but only thing available in very large sizes.
Other brands recommended by reviewer: haven't found anything else

 |  | Dear Zappos, I am a very happy customer. I wanted to write and tell you HOW MUCH. I have spent thousands of dollars on shoes from Zappos online in the past few years. I live near an outlet and have only been there once. I buy shoes for everyone; me, my husband, my grandkids. I have NEVER had a bad experience at Zappos, never been refused wonderful and courteous service. There is no one out there in the world that I know of who has the customer service you do. It is unparalleled and the reason people come back and back. Zappos is successful in every way because of the customer service. Shoes can be bought anywhere. Customer happiness cannot. I have several stores and online sites that I will never shop at again because of customer service. I only give a place of business, including restaurants, one time to mess up.
