WOW! The Vangelina boots are awesome! After a very long and tedious search, I finally found the perfect knee-high, high-heel, slightly-rounded toe black boots. This boot is beautiful, high quality leather, comfortable, and the heel height was just right. The shaft and calf-width is perfect also. I am 5\'7" with long legs and it hits just below my knee and the calf-width is perfect for my skinny calves. I\'m so happy I bought these. Thank you Zappos! Your customer service is excellent. I ordered my boots yesterday, my standard shipping was upgraded to overnight shipping at no extra cost and my boots are on my feet today!

This is a beautiful boot. The leather is soft and visibly high quality. The toe and heel design is very pretty. The shaft, however, is NOT 15" as indicated. I would guess it is about 13" or 13.5". I ordered these and the RSVP Avonnah's to compare. I prefer the shaft length of the Avonnah's, however, the Christin Michaels Vangelina is prettier and higher quality. I'm sticking with the Vangelina's; I'll just have to deal with the shorter shaft.

 |  | You're pretty awesome. Let me count the ways: 1. You make it easy for me to find great shoes. That should be enough. BUT I SOLDIER ON. 2. Pretty darn good website. There are lil' bugs here and there (sometimes narrowing a search doesn't totally work, but for the most part it does), but comparing you folks to some other nightmarish sites I've used, especially with the sheer amount of product you have for me to see...well done. 3. Convenience. HOLY CONVENIENCE, BATMAN! Much like Ian McKaye of the band Fugazi, I am a patient boy, I'll wait, I'll wait, I'll wait, I'll wait. But when I order from you I don't have to. I've had shoes get to me so fast I actually thought there must have been a mistake because it got to me TOO quickly. Guys, that is some serious service. This is why I buy shoes exclusively from you. 4. Customer Service. I had a store credit recently, but like an idiot, I deleted the email with the credit code. I called up and talked to a totally friendly, funny, helpful guy. He said he'd take care of emailing me the code and all would be right with the world. OH NOES! The email, actually never showed up. So I called back and spoke with a totally friendly, funny, helpful girl (with a completely pretty voice, I'll be honest) and she got me a coupon code while I was on the phone (THAT'S good turnaround) and explained that there were the dreaded *technical difficulties* and the other dude didn't actually screw up. Guys, I've never talked to a company on the phone and ended with such a good feeling. I have friends that I don't enjoy talking to on the phone that much. Close friends. Is it ok if I just call to talk sometime? I'm kidding. Maybe. 5. You ALL seem to have a sense of humor. You guys are frakkin' funny! Your email, any of the “dig deeper” sort of stuff (blogs, joke of the day, etc.). That is beyond refreshing, thank you so much :) Honestly, as long as you guys are around, you got my bidness.
