Excellent Choice -
This shoe was a great choice for my 5 year old. He loves the way they look and the arch support seems to work just fine for his slightly flat feet. I didn't have to deal directly with customer service but I did receive my shoes very quickly.

She was able to help me zoom in on the differences between two choices of shoes that I was considering. I used to be a call center manager so I am familiar with what that entails.
