Shoe Size: Felt a half size smaller than marked
Shoe Width: Felt narrower than marked
Shoe Arch: Moderate arch support
Very Sexy, But Beware...
The shoe is as sexy in person, if not sexier, as it is online. Unfortunately, I'm returning them, as for me (a size 10) they run a bit too small. A 10.5 (not available) would've been perfect. At any rate, I certainly think the style and construction is well-worth the price... a beautiful shoe!

Meanwhile, I want to compliment your company and your telephone staff. Whenever I have called Zappos I do not feel zapped or trained at the end of the conversation as with some other companies. Your telephone specialists are very knowledgeable and equally courteous to me.
