Runs small -
I loved the shoe when it came but it runs a size smaller than marked. Would have reordered the next size up but when I called, they were out of stock.

 |  | This has been my first experience shopping at Zappos, and I am more than thrilled! Not only was it not a problem to exchange for another size, but it was all made so simple. When I originally ordered the shoes, the person I spoke to was SO friendly and helpful, and when I called to do the exchange, the woman was so nice and she even said "Have a happy Mother's Day!" Excellent customer service and my shoes appeared on the front door within a day or 2. Great experience! I will buy all our shoes from Zappos going forward!
