Cute, minimal wear shoe -
I should read the reviews more carefully. These shoes do run small (in length). I had to return these for a larger size, even after measuring carefully and going slightly larger. I would say these run one full size smaller, not a half size smaller. Fabric does easily wear and stain. Ankle strap actually runs wide and needs a tighter adjustment, and it is not as well made as the rest of the shoe. Great cute flower girl shoe but really a onetime wear shoe. Not so comfortable.

Very Pretty -
I bought these shoes for my daughter's 4th birthday "princess" party. They are very elegant. She loved them! They are pretty true to size... but maybe a little smaller than I had thought they would be. One word of advice: the shoe is leather, but there is gathered satin fabric on top. After one wear, the satin is very dirty. We will have to get them professionally cleaned before we wear again.

Worth a try...
I am very impressed with these shoes - the leather is soft, the heel was appropriate, it has a non-skid sole; and they are very simple, yet pretty. The buckle gave my daughter a bit of difficulty, but I'm assuming that when the leather softens, it'll ease up. Also, most dress shoes cut my daughter under the ankle and these don't. The sizing length-wise was true to size; the shoe might be a bit narrower than usual; the leather toe covering on these styles are usually too roomy-such that you could stick a few fingers in between the leather and my daughter's foot-but these fit perfectly. As far as arch support, I don't think any of these styles give support, but my daughter thought they were very comfortable and it's not like she'll be playing at school in them. The only drawback is that the embellishment on the front (the bow-like part of the shoe) is satin; it's very pretty, but it'll definitely get dirty, especially towards the sole. We have an ankle length dress, so I'm not concerned; for those of you with a knee or tea length dress who plan to have these worn often, be prepared.

3 Year Old Flower Girl Loved This Shoe -
My daughter was a flower girl in a wedding and these shoes were a big hit with her. She loved the little heel and the rhinestones on the strap. I thought they were cute and perfect for a child her age. She never complained about any discomfort and still wears them to play in from time to time.

My daughter loved the "princess" shoes -
I ordered these shoes for my daughter to wear in a wedding. The main reason I chose them was 1) for the vintage look of the rhinestone buckle, & 2) for the color. I think they may run a bit smaller than the size, or they may be a bit narrow - it's hard to tell b/c I don't often order this type of shoe for her. I rated the comfort at a 3, and this is only b/c she wanted to take them off at the reception (after many hours of wearing them).

Lovely Party Shoes!
My four year old daughter wore these in a wedding where she was a flower girl. They looked beautiful, and she felt very grown up in "real high heels"! Although my daughter has a high instep, there were no complaints regarding comfort or fit, and she danced the night away in them. I highly recommend these shoes - very nice!

 |  | Zappos rocks, you so made my nine year old son’s day. We went looking for new DC shoes last Sunday and spent 3 hours only to find out that his shoe size was 6.5 right between boy’s and men's. The stores had no selection in either. We were told by one salesperson that most boys skip that size so they don't carry many. He was very disappointed, I suggested ordering from you guys that night and he didn't want to wait for shipping. I told him Zappos was quick, but he wanted to try stores again, so we did on Tuesday evening and came home empty handed again. We got online, ordered a pair he liked (there were so many to chose from in the size we needed) at 9:30 that night. Of course he was all about when would they be here, again I told him how quick you are at shipping and that probably Thursday at the latest Friday. He came home from school on Wednesday and they were on the front porch. He was so happy!!! Loved the shoes and can't wait to order another pair. I have told other people how fast they got here and no one believes that is even possible. I don't know how you do it, but thanks so much. You're the best.
