Great Service -
I called Zappos to see where the chip went and to see if it interfered with comfortability. They were able to answer questions and doubts. Shipping got to my house earlier than they promised. That was great. Will do business here again

I have owned these shoes for about 2 months now and I bought them from Zappos. Firstly, the shoes arrived very fast. The shoes fit true to size, they are comfortable for walking/jogging long distances, and not to mention they look great. I offer a bit of caution though as these shoes can be quite slippery when they get wet.

These sneakers are very comfortable. The dark stripes on the sides are a bit shiny, but the sneaker is nice looking overall.

Very comfortable shoe. But it runs big – both length and width (I wear an 11AA). I don't think I've ever had an 11 that was too big for me and the strap doesn't even touch my foot it's so wide (good for someone with a high instep). The heel width feels pretty normal, though. I'll have to return them and see what the 10.5 is like.
