Classy but painful -
These shoes are classy, too bad that they are painful. The toe box is way to narrow and other's are correct the elastic in the heel digs in after you have them on awhile. Really sad they didn't work but on the bright side, Zappos has the best service and the best delivery time in the world. A committed Zappos fan for life.

My feet cried -
I love Pliner shoes but these were not like the many others I own, they hurt! I put pads in the instep and still, no matter how cute they look I couldn't wear them - even for just a meeting, had to return them.

Practical and Sexy -
I love this shoe! Pliner does a great job making me feel like I am a happy, spoiled girl. I bought the navy blue because it is sexy, yet understated enough for the area I live in where everyone is wearing Birkenstocks and Danskos. The elastic sides mean your feet won't fall out Cinderella style. The padding on the heel and toe means comfort and the grip on the sole means there is no slipping on tile. Practical and sexy, what more could a girl ask for?

A Classy Style -
This style is perfect with dressy or casual outfits. I love the side open. The fabric makes the shoes so comfortable. The heel height is very comfortable. The leather trim adds so much to the style. It's a great shoe and I ordered two colors.

Sexy shoe -
I love this shoe! I like low heeled shoes and this is by far the sexiest low shoe out there. I have it in black and brown and plan to purchase other colors in the future (a smart man makes a great shoe in many colors). The fit is very comfortable, has a sturdy heel and is really beautiful on the foot.

The lower heel, padding and non-slip soles make this a practical shoe, yet the shape is still sexy.

Sexy looking shoe with the cutouts on the side, but I should have listened to the other reviewers. The back of this shoe pinches something awful. I realize they are trying to make it hug the back of your foot, but I always order on the slightly large side to make sure my toes are happy, and neither my toes nor heels were happy in this shoe. At this price, they are going back.

Nice looking shoe, but -
I think this shoe is one of the cutest shoes on the market. The comfort level, however, has a lot to be desired. I can wear these shoes for maybe two hours max - so wearing these to work would be completely out of the question. I will keep these, but I've already returned the navy ones - I wish they fit a medium width foot better. These shoes fit no differently than my sister's narrow shoes, despite the fact that I ordered an "M" width pair of shoes. Too bad because they sure are great looking and people ask me about them when I do wear them.

He's done it yet again -
I admit it, I'm a Pliner shoe addict. Love his summer sandals; love his Western mules; love his dressy heels. But these - an all purpose classic! Great heel height for us older fashionistas with arthritis and fallen arches; cool style which goes with either pants or a skirt. I bought it in the black/white herringbone - it could not be more classic.

I LOVE Pliner shoes!
The fit is fantastic and they look great. This was the perfect shoe for all day in court and then out with the ladies at night. I looked great, if I do say so myself.

I saw a pair of these shoes at Nordstrom and Von Maur but they did not have my size -- that's when I learned about Zappos.com! I ordered both navy and brown. The shoes feel great when I first put them on, but have learned that I cannot plan to do much walking in them before they start to hurt.
