Very cute. They do pinch your toes like another reviewer mentioned. I would get a half size or a full size bigger if I had the option. Other than that, the boots are very nice.

AH-MAZE-ING!!!
I LOVE these shoes! At first, I thought that the bow was a little much... but they are adorable and if ever I change my mind, hey, a little snip of the scissors will do the trick! They are too cute and they are so tall too! Hm. I am smitten! :-)

Comfy casual...
A great vegetarian boot! My daughter got them in the olive color which is really brighter than what you would think. OMG! They were so cute that I had to get some, too. Got the black ones and the only thing I don't like are the pink lines around the edge... Sharpie to the rescue. We both ordered a size larger and were happy. Room for socks is a good thing. I wear a 10, got the 11, she's a 7, got the 7.5. Width for me was great, and again, very comfy to go with the cute.

Not worth it...
This shoe was squishing the toes on my left foot. Also, quality construction is not a feature of this shoe... the tie looks cute online but in reality looks awkward and odd... all in all a pretty awkward looking/fitting and uncomfortable shoe... back they go!

I have never once had a bad experience with Zappos.com and have found even returning a product is pain-free. Many people find buying shoes online to be a process that is a hassle based on shipping costs and not getting a chance to see the shoe actually on their foot, but you have done a tremendous job not only making shipping easy, and FREE, but also providing a number of angles for a shoe online so it can best be represented without physically holding it. I have purchased numerous shoes, sandals and boots from Zappos over the years and have never once been disappointed. Most recently, I was upgraded to expedited shipping for free on my most recent purchase, which again pointed out why I love Zappos so much! My educational background is a degree in marketing as well as an MBA focused in strategic management, which makes me extra critical of things like customer service as well as other business functions. Zappos always comes up as my example of companies who are doing things right and charting their own path to success. I recommend your site to people all the time and hopefully they will experience the delight I have come to know as 'the norm' when dealing with Zappos. Thank you to everybody there for their hard work, dedication and emphasis on the customer. It is not going unrecognized and you have me hooked for life!
