I was a little disappointed when I received these bags. I think I expected them to be better made or something. I did not send them back because my granddaughter, who is eight, wanted one of them. They aren't horrible, but my expectations are as high as it relates to Zappos products. You're still the best.

At first I was skeptical about ordering clothing or shoes online because I have had bad experiences in the past; however it was different this time. The shoes fit perfectly, my child was satisfied thoroughly and they were received in a most timely fashion no as a matter of a fact they were received even quicker. Thank you so much and I will most definitely do business with your company again in the future and I will tell my friends about you as well.
