Zappos is the best in customer service! I bought a gift card for my sweetheart for his birthday. I had to call Zappos for assistance on how to redeem the gift card and they were more than helpful and polite! The shoes arrived the next day and fit perfectly. I have been raving and recommending Zappos to all of my family and friends. Keep up the good work!

I ordered my New Balance sneakers at 8:30 at night. Came home from work the next day and the UPS truck was pulling out of the driveway. There was my Zappos order on my doorstep! Unbelievable service! My husband and I shop with Zappos whenever we can and are never disappointed. The product was excellent as usual! I always find my New Balance shoes true to size and very comfortable from the second I put them on. I am a waitress and am on my feet 9&1/2 hours a day! So I need good shoes! New Balance are all I buy now.

My granddaughter wanted a pair of Converse shoes for her birthday, so I went to another web site to purchase a pair. Big mistake, worst web site and customer service I have ever experienced. Finally a light bulb came on and I tried my old faithful Zappos. Not only did they carry Converse, but had a huge selection. Got a gift card from Zappos for her and it went flawlessly. She shopped Zappos, she already knew about and loved Zappos, found what she wanted and is one happy camper. Thanks for being the best, Zappos!

I love shopping at Zappos! The selection is incredible and my shipment was so fast. They even upgraded my shipment date and I received my shoes in 3 days! Their return policy is top-notch! I want to buy all of my shoes from Zappos and I send gift cards to all of my friends for their birthday gifts!

I bought a $50 gift card for my daughter's fiance as a birthday gift. It was perfect. He wears a size 16 shoe which is hard to find. Zappos has more than 100 different styles he can choose from in his size. Everybody is happy with the gift.

I give Zappos gift cards to my two teenage daughters for birthdays, and as stocking stuffers at Christmas. They love it! They always find something that they want, and appreciate the convenience of having their purchases sent directly to their colleges!

UGG Boot with rainbow zipper -
I love these boots! Super cute and very comfy! I normally wear a women's 7 1/2-8 and ordered these in a youth 6 and they fit perfect. Happy with shopping experience at Zappos.

Thanks for the fast action on your behalf to getting me a last minute gift idea! I needed a great gift but ran out of ideas and realized that with your fast service, my idea was only a click away! It arrived at my door next day and I know that it will be a gift to please. I ordered a pair of Clarks shoes back last year when I needed a reliable shoe for a trip to Ireland, knowing I would be doing a lot of walking and also looking for a shoe with style to be worn 24/7! My shoes came the next day with plenty of time to try out to be sure I had the right shoes for comfort. They were indeed and they made the trip perfect! These shoes are very comfortable. There is a lot of heel padding. There are very flexible and they don't pinch my toes. Great shoe.

Great Gift for a Tween Girl -
I bought a gift card for a young niece that loves shoes. She was able to shop all on her own--no need for finding a ride to the mall! And as she loves Converse tennis shoes, she had a far greater choice of styles than she would have had at the local shoe store. Love Zappos!

One size fits all -
I recently purchased $150.00 in gift cards for the holidays. These were gifts for my mom and aunt as they have small, narrow feet...I know they can find what they need on Zappos. I have bought several pairs of shoes and the product and service are outstanding. I wanted to keep you as my little secret but you are too good not to share with others. I shopped many different websites over the holiday as my son lives in a different state; I did this to facilitate easier returns to a store near him. I should know better, although everything I bought made it before the holiday, it was closer than I would have liked it to be...There is no place like Zappos and I will not stray next holiday...
