I generally shy from buying items online. I\'m always concerned that the pictures may not accurately present the product. I must say I was more than pleased with this item. The burgundy is actually burgundy. It matched my dress perfectly. It looked quite classy and was big enough to hold the essentials. This is the second time I\'ve ordered from Zappos and I have been pleasantly surprised by the customer service, promptness, overall ease of navigating the website and most of all, the great products! I\'ll definitely order again.

I bought this purse to wear to a wedding. It was perfect! Worn as a clutch or with the strap, it is beautiful. It has just enough room for the essentials.

Classic clutch! I bought this in ivory, and it looks so much better in person. The design is very classic yet minimalistic, and it's just the right size to fit all of your essentials. It'll go great with any formal outfit, so it's definitely a worthwhile purchase.

Bought this purse for a wedding. Everything fit well (cell phone, keys, change purse, lipstick). Liked the option of the strap. The clasp was sturdy.

I purchased this in silver and will use it for my wedding this September. It's a great size, good enough to carry the bare minimum: blot paper, tissue, lipstick/gloss, and powder. This purse is not made of high quality materials so it's not meant to be used a lot. I found the chain of the shoulder strap detached on one end, but it is easy to put back. There is also very slight fraying of the material against the metal clasp, but it is not very noticeable. The purse will serve its purpose on my wedding day, so I don't have high expectations of this being a regularly used bag, which eventually will wear out with a lot of use. It's cute for what it is and inexpensive.

Great price for a dressy clutch!
This clutch was perfect for a black tie party. Good size and the shoulder strap makes holding this clutch very convenient. They come in all different colors to match just about any outfit. The price was fantastic!

This is a great looking bag and for the most part very functional. The main problems I have are that because it is tall and soft, it flops over when sitting down - for instance in the car seat when I'm driving. When it flops over the things that are in the pockets inside fall out because the pockets are too shallow and sit too high up. Either the pockets should be much deeper (preferable) or they should be situated lower in the purse so things don't fall out when you set it down. For a bag as big as this one is, the inside pockets are tiny, not adequate.

If you don't carry much this bag is perfect. It started to look frayed around the corners. I had makeup, a phone my license and some money in and it was busting at the seams.

Delightfully lovely bag -
I bought this bag to have for the day of my wedding. Very cute and not too big. Holds just what you need it to, but doesn't give that bulky look that other bags do.

This clutch is a good size; it holds several items and is still sleek. The gold latch and metal work are a bit too bright for the neutral fabric. The clasp is strong.

This clutch was used for my wedding day and it was a beautiful addition to my dress. It was very spacious and held everything I needed for the day! The color choices were great and I got exactly the color I needed. I received it in the mail two days later... ground shipment! Excellent service!

A beautiful clutch at a great price. Matched my silver and pearl accessories so very well! A bit small, but was able to hold my cell phone, lipstick, ID, cash and cards and tissue with a little room left.

I love this purse and it was gorgeous with my wedding dress on my wedding day. Real classy and simple, modern yet something vintage about it too in its sleekness. The only thing I recall is that the clasp doesn't always click shut. I don't think I had too many things in it either so it's not because it was stuffed. All in all I'd recommend this purse.

I just wanted to send a quick thank you to all of you for being such a wonderful company. I have ordered from you several times in the past and have always enjoyed your wide selection, fast shipping, and easy return policy. However, while these are great attributes of a company, they don't usually inspire me to write feedback emails raving about the company. About a week ago, I wanted to order a pair of shoes I'd had my eye on for quite some time. I shopped around but, as usual, Zappos.com had the best price (and free shipping!). However, when I tried to order, neither you nor any other website I visited had the shoes in my size. I called your customer service number to find out if they had been discontinued. In my experience, these sort of help lines rarely produce any sort of useful information, so I don't usually expect a whole lot from them. I called at around 5:30am Eastern Time, and was thrilled someone actually answered the phone that early in the morning! That would have been enough to make me a happy customer, however in true Zappos.com form, my experience exceeded expectations. Not only was the representative friendly and helpful, he took time to check your inventory and find out if the shoes had been discontinued. Then, he checked out other websites to find out if they had the shoes in my size! After several minutes of searching, he was able to find one website with one remaining pair in my size. However, at that point I was so impressed with Zappos.com that there was no chance of me ordering those shoes from any other website! So thank you to Zappos.com and that customer service representative, whoever he is, for such stellar customer service! Keep up the great work!
