I bought these for my 16 year old son who never wants to get "dressed up." These shoes look great with khakis and jeans. Once he wore them once, he was hooked. Very comfortable!

This was my first order with Zappos, and it will not be my last. The product is great, it fits like a glove and it is the most comfortable shoe I have had in quite some time.

This is the 2nd pair I have bought for my husband. He has huge wide feet and I can get these in a size 13. The regular width fits his wide feet. He says they are the most comfy shoe he has ever worn.

These are fantastic shoes. I already owned one pair in black, and bought another pair in brown because I loved \'em. I use custom orthotics, and they easily fit without a problem. One problem that I did have with these new shoes that I didn\'t have with the last (identical?) pair is that there\'s one spot that rubbed the top of my small toe in an irritating way on my right foot. The first day, it left a mark; the second day, it was just an annoyance; and now, a week later, I only occasionally feel a scratch. I think the shoe is stretching out in one slightly tight spot. But apart from this issue which seems to be working out, I highly recommend them!

This classic Rockport shoe is a little expensive and very hard to find in my size, except at Zappos. Fair prices and complete satisfaction guarantee. Love 'em!

I'm very happy with this shoe overall. The extra wide width gives me excellent comfort. The shoe came with an insole that had cushioning that was a little thin for me, but they are removable. I receive reflexology treatments regularly for foot pain and my reflexologist recommended insoles without stiff arch supports (such as SuperFeet). Following her advice, I purchased Sorbothane SorboAir insoles from Zappos and now these are the most comfortable shoes I own.

Zappos is a very convenient way to shop for those hard to find sizes, especially mens shoes. The Rockport brand shoe is comfortable and durable. I have trouble finding my shoe size, which is a 13 narrow in local stores. The shoes I ordered from Zappos were promptly delivered and I received the correct size.

These guys are phenomenal. I was a little timid when I requested to send a pair of shoes back for a different size. They're totally prepared for that. Even send you a free address label, then ships the new order free. I worked in retail for 42 years, and we, nor anyone else I know of, could offer this unbelievable service. They'll give you all kinds of time to send the shoes back; all they ask is that they have no demonstrated wear in original packaging. They'll even give your money back if shoes are undamaged, no questions asked. Why more people don't order their shoes from them is totally beyond me. Greatest find I ever made on internet.

My husband is impossible to please. He needs a wide fit and would rather wear slippers or no shoes at all than put his feet into an uncomfortable pair of shoes. We ordered and returned countless styles and finally came across these Rockports. He has been wearing them almost every day for around two weeks now and has not uttered one complaint. They are keepers! If Zappos did not provide free shipping both ways we would never have attempted to buy shoes by mail order.

Great shoe! My husband is a physician and is on his feet all day. He has worn this brand of shoe for years. Zappos' size selection is a life-saver. Originally ordered a size 14, but was too long. Was able to exchange for a 13 wide, which fit perfectly. Thank God for Zappos. I wouldn't have been able to find this size anywhere in Wichita. I've tried.

Simply the best shoe ever made. I have purchased this shoe for my son 5 times now. When I buy a new pair it is because he outgrew the previous pair, they are very durable. He has mildly flat feet and this shoe provides the needed support without expensive insoles. He wears them all day, in school and PE, he walks to and from home and special occasions.

I\'m very hard on shoes but my first pair of these lasted about 4 years even though I wear them during every dirty job I do from mowing the lawn to house remodeling work which has been constant the past few years. Just bought a new pair because the first pair were getting pretty ragged looking after a couple of months of complete abuse from installing a hardwood floor. These Rockports look good and are very comfortable on my size 14 feet.

I bought this shoe for my 9 year old son to wear with his uniform at a private school. He needed an all black shoe and I chose this Rockport because I thought it would offer more support than a tennis shoe for his wide foot. He reports that the shoe is very comfortable for a fifth grade boy. They also seem sturdy and long lasting. I liked not having to run to the mall. Thanks, Zappos!

These shoes are the best shoes for walking I have ever found. I have bought these shoes for the last 14 years and only have 1 complaint and that is that the laces don't last. And the only place I have found them is from Rockport and they end up costing about 8 or 9 dollars.

These are the perfect shoes for walking to work. They\'re as comfortable as walking shoes, but look innocuous in a business setting. I wear them all day on casual Fridays. No break-in period needed.

I have had Rockport before, but the fit for me is the best. I have a somewhat wide foot and with this shoe a medium was just the perfect fit. I wish they had some other colors besides black and brown. And the service; I can not tell just how well I am treated when I call. Keep up the service and I will always use you guys.
