I purchased these for my 14 year old son. We went to several different stores and could not find the RLP shoes or boots that he liked. I remembered ordering from Zappos over the summer and was impressed with the fast turn around timing on the order I placed. I surfed Zappo's site and found these fabulous boots at an affordable price. I placed the order and to my surprise they upped the anti on delivery and I had the boots in my hands only a few days afterwards. My son ADORES his new boots. He wears them to school and church and won't allow anyone to scuff them up, step on them, etc. Needless to say we are more than pleased with our purchase and I will continue to use Zappo's as I know for a fact 'THE CUSTOMER COMES FIRST!'

Bought two pair of the Kewzip II boots. Had to return both pair because the zippers failed to work properly in both pair. Loved the look and feel of these boots, but was extremely disappointed in the quality of the zipper. Would buy these boots again in a heartbeat if they came with a lace up front.

I wasn't sure from the photo if these were really cool or really goofy, but in person, I'm happy to report, they're stylin'. They seem really well built & are absolutely true to size. The only issue I've had is that the back of the heel rubs an awful lot. It has gotten better with repeated wears & mass bandages, but I don't think I'll be wearing these on my Russian vacation, like I'd hoped. Still, I'd buy them again in a heartbeat.

These shoes are probably one of the best pair I have ever owned. The look is perfect, the comfort is very high, and the life of the shoes far exceeds the life of other pairs I have owned. The sad part about it is when I tried to order them at the mall I was told it was discontinued and no longer available. I ended up ordering them online and was able to get it! I just hope if I want to order another pair in the future that I can still get them online.

 |  | You're pretty awesome. Let me count the ways: 1. You make it easy for me to find great shoes. That should be enough. BUT I SOLDIER ON. 2. Pretty darn good website. There are lil' bugs here and there (sometimes narrowing a search doesn't totally work, but for the most part it does), but comparing you folks to some other nightmarish sites I've used, especially with the sheer amount of product you have for me to see...well done. 3. Convenience. HOLY CONVENIENCE, BATMAN! Much like Ian McKaye of the band Fugazi, I am a patient boy, I'll wait, I'll wait, I'll wait, I'll wait. But when I order from you I don't have to. I've had shoes get to me so fast I actually thought there must have been a mistake because it got to me TOO quickly. Guys, that is some serious service. This is why I buy shoes exclusively from you. 4. Customer Service. I had a store credit recently, but like an idiot, I deleted the email with the credit code. I called up and talked to a totally friendly, funny, helpful guy. He said he'd take care of emailing me the code and all would be right with the world. OH NOES! The email, actually never showed up. So I called back and spoke with a totally friendly, funny, helpful girl (with a completely pretty voice, I'll be honest) and she got me a coupon code while I was on the phone (THAT'S good turnaround) and explained that there were the dreaded *technical difficulties* and the other dude didn't actually screw up. Guys, I've never talked to a company on the phone and ended with such a good feeling. I have friends that I don't enjoy talking to on the phone that much. Close friends. Is it ok if I just call to talk sometime? I'm kidding. Maybe. 5. You ALL seem to have a sense of humor. You guys are frakkin' funny! Your email, any of the “dig deeper” sort of stuff (blogs, joke of the day, etc.). That is beyond refreshing, thank you so much :) Honestly, as long as you guys are around, you got my bidness.
