I returned my first set of boots because I just didn't like how they looked on me. Nothing wrong with the boots, just wanted another pair and Zappos rewarded me with V.I.P. membership and free overnight delivery for life. These boots are freaking sick! I love them and Zappos has me as a customer for life. Thanks Zappos.

OMG! I received these shoes in one day! WAY TO GO ZAPPOS!!!! They fit me like they were made for me. I have them in the Poppy to match a handbag I had already. I went Christmas shopping today and walked the whole mall (I am over the 60 age crowd) and they felt wonderful! I wear a sz. 7 shoe and found these to be just right. I have a slightly wide foot and the straps did not bind at all. They are wonderful! I do hope they will make them in white for the summer! The arch support is great too!

 |  | Thank you very much... I just went to the door and there were my beautiful new blue slides. I can't believe I received them less than 24 hours after I ordered them. Service, service, service. Your people know what is the most important thing to do to bring customers back time after time after time. You can have an excellent product, but if the customer doesn't feel important, it makes no difference what one is selling. Too bad more people in the business world don't apply
