I ordered the shoes for an upcoming wedding. Didn't like the toe cleavage on these, and they were not very comfortable. I decided on another style I ordered at the same time from Zappos. Can't praise you enough for the wonderful customer service! You are my "go-to" shoe people!

These shoes are absolutely stunning, and once you put them on everyone will be saying the same about your gams! The lines on this shoe are about as close as you can get to Louboutins or Casadei platform heels, minus the hefty price tag. Well made, with beautiful, subtle detailing (e.g. the leather upper covers the platform; and rounded point, almond shaped toe). They do fit true to size, but you may find that the toe area feels a little snug, at first, but that's what you should find in a good leather shoe, as they will give with time. I don't find that there's much heel "slippage" for me, personally, but everyone's feet are different. I'm probably going to put some "shoe buds" in for extra cushioning underneath the balls of my feet. In all truthfulness, I can't tell you that these are the most comfortable shoes ever, but I don't know how many of us, gals, wouldn't endure a modest amount of discomfort to achieve the sexiest, leggiest look possible. Overall, a great value with a classic, chic style (think timeless, pin-up girl coquettish-ness), that you can dress up or down, and will likely remain a fabulous "go to" staple in your shoe wardrobe for years to come...

Size 11 is a true 11! You have no idea how hard it is for us big-footed girls to find comfortable fashionable pumps and boots. I'm a true size 11, and lately it seems to be the style for companies to pass off size 41's instead of 42 as a US-11. Since 11 is usually the biggest you can find (if you're lucky!), you rarely have the option of going a half or full size up, so you're simply out of luck if a shoe runs small. I've been on the hunt for a good pair of sexy pumps for months now. First off, Zappos upgraded my order free of charge, and they arrived only 2 days after I placed the order! Then, upon trying them out, I was so happy to see that they fit like a true 11! They're beautiful, comfortable and make my legs look sexy as hell. I am now officially ready for Fall fashion! If only they could make this in the beautiful blue similar to Aldo's Burcin shoe, I would be one very ecstatic fashionista!

Sexy! But not for everyone...
Love the Madison! First, they are HIGH, yes, but relatively comfy, because of the platform. Two issues to note: Sizing - I ordered my true size, and they're not as snug as I'd like. Maybe the heel height contributes to the odd fit. Heel liners or something ought to fix that. Going down in size will probably make them too small. Other than that, I really love these--very va-va-va voom, and great for all seasons. The Look - If you are not a fan of TOE-CLEAVAGE, these are not for you. The vamp is cut low, so toe-cleavage you shall have! I think it's sexy, but I know some have yet to warm to that look. :-)

This shoe is so hot, and considering how high the heels are—even with the hidden platform—very comfortable: the soles are well-padded. I'm short and they definitely help to make my legs look miles longer than they are.

Great high heeled work shoe -
I always wear heels so I was looking for a plain black pair for work. These are perfect. They are very high but if you like heels they are just right. It took wearing them a few times before they stretched out but now they are very comfortable considering the height!

Gorgeous but painful -
This shoe runs pretty small. I have average width feet and I normally take a 6.5. I ordered the 7 and it still fits pretty snug. These look fantastic but I can't wear them for long periods of time which is too bad since I would love to wear them to work.

SEXY SHOE!!!
I ordered the Madison in black and received them the next day! Zappos is wonderful. The toe area seemed a bit snug at first, but after a day of wearing them at work, they are fine. I love the look and receive compliments every time I wear them. Good quality for the price.

 |  | You're pretty awesome. Let me count the ways: 1. You make it easy for me to find great shoes. That should be enough. BUT I SOLDIER ON. 2. Pretty darn good website. There are lil' bugs here and there (sometimes narrowing a search doesn't totally work, but for the most part it does), but comparing you folks to some other nightmarish sites I've used, especially with the sheer amount of product you have for me to see...well done. 3. Convenience. HOLY CONVENIENCE, BATMAN! Much like Ian McKaye of the band Fugazi, I am a patient boy, I'll wait, I'll wait, I'll wait, I'll wait. But when I order from you I don't have to. I've had shoes get to me so fast I actually thought there must have been a mistake because it got to me TOO quickly. Guys, that is some serious service. This is why I buy shoes exclusively from you. 4. Customer Service. I had a store credit recently, but like an idiot, I deleted the email with the credit code. I called up and talked to a totally friendly, funny, helpful guy. He said he'd take care of emailing me the code and all would be right with the world. OH NOES! The email, actually never showed up. So I called back and spoke with a totally friendly, funny, helpful girl (with a completely pretty voice, I'll be honest) and she got me a coupon code while I was on the phone (THAT'S good turnaround) and explained that there were the dreaded *technical difficulties* and the other dude didn't actually screw up. Guys, I've never talked to a company on the phone and ended with such a good feeling. I have friends that I don't enjoy talking to on the phone that much. Close friends. Is it ok if I just call to talk sometime? I'm kidding. Maybe. 5. You ALL seem to have a sense of humor. You guys are frakkin' funny! Your email, any of the “dig deeper” sort of stuff (blogs, joke of the day, etc.). That is beyond refreshing, thank you so much :) Honestly, as long as you guys are around, you got my bidness.
