Not flexible -
These are very nice looking shoes that went well with my dress pants over the holidays. They're not uncomfortable, but they are very inflexible and stiff. They're fine if you don't have to walk around too much.

Great Design, But Uncomfortable Composition -
This shoe is beautiful to look at in design, but oh how I wish it were made in real, flexible leather with a leather sole! So sexy to put on, but very uncomfortable where the ball of the foot meets the toe box. I was rather disappointed and wish that someone at Carlos Santana shoes would upgrade to producing leather shoes of this beautiful style. There would definitely be a market! Three of the women in my office (we're all perfect size 10s) tried them on, and each of us had the same problem with the inflexibility of the sole. Each one wanted the style, but we all agreed that Carlos Santana shoes are being cheaply composed these days in synthetic cheap materials, even though the design is still of the highest caliber. It makes no sense!

 |  | I just want to thank you, and commend the customer service staff at Zappos. I just couldn't believe it when you actually kept me abreast of the certain pair of shoes I was looking for! Having a size 4- 1/2 foot, is very hard finding shoes. I could wear certain kinds of shoes such as boots, clogs, etc…but having to wear 3 heavy pairs of socks in order for them to fit! Well, they fit, but my feet kill me! Clogs such as the ones I purchased, seem to be more comfortable. I'm just hoping that they're not too big for me. I can’t wait to get them and see!
