There’s no question that this shoe really looks good, the blue is a metallic color with a pattern in it and it’s just enough against the black and the laces are even cool black and white stripes. It just doesn’t cut it in the cushioning; the Progrid Ride is far cushier than this which is probably the one I will keep. This shoe also feels like it runs a little long. My more slender orthotic fits in it easily. The toe box is just ok not very roomy. It’s a stiff shoe in the way that it doesn’t conform to my foot but makes my foot conform to it. The Progrid Ride is more glove like and super cushioned so that when you slip into it you say ahhhhh.

Good toe room. I really like the progrid ride style, but it was not available in black. I tried the grid excursion, but had to return them because they were too tight in the toes. I have a narrow heel and a wide toe area. I love these Xodus shoes because they have a wide enough toe area to be comfortable. I will be getting another pair. When I look for a shoe I just look for comfort and not design as much because I have a very difficult foot to fit and to be comfortable. These shoes have a great style and detail with great comfort. I really like them. I am wearing them as an all around shoe for walking my dog and cleaning the house and just lounging around the house. I have plantar facitis and these shoes do not seem to agravate it.

Love them!
I used to sell this brand, but never owned them myself. LOVE THEM! Comfort is great and looks great. Also, I didn't want just another white sneaker - I'm a big wearer of black and well, it has just enough color not to look to consolidated, but to stand out. Would highly advise this shoe.

First - amazing service, as usual. They have great fit for narrow heeled/wider forefoot people like me. They are generously sized - I ordered up 1/2 size as I'd be exercising in them, but could/should have used my dress shoe size (10)as there is perhaps a bit too much toe room, but I'll keep 'em and use heavy socks. This 10.5 is comparable to a Nike 11 (the 10.5 is marked UK 8.5/Euro 42.5, so I would guess their 10 is about 41.5). Black/grey/aqua green is a sharp look- tho' would jump at the same fit/style in more subdued shades...

SAUCONY XODUS -
I always buy Saucony running shoes without much thought...this time I was tired of the same colors...so I went with the Xodus to change things up. I have used the shoes to run on pavement and trail, my total body conditioning class as well as hiking in Arizona. I was worried that the bottom of the shoes would pose an adjustment problem since they are really made for trails. No problem. I got the same size as always (up 1/2 size from your normal size) and these are a bit roomy at the top...I couldn't go down a 1/2 size, they are just roomier and make my feet look a bit bigger. All in all though I am very pleased and was ready for a change from boring white and pastel colors. These look quite cool.

Awesome shoes -
Best color shoes I ever owned and I have over 50 pairs!! Great support and stability. I stand all day teaching PE and these shoes are great indoors or out. I liked them so much I bought two pairs...one for PE and one for trail running or coaching CC and track. I felt the shoes were a half size shorter as most saucony shoes are. So I sized up a half a size to keep the thumb width from the end of my toe to end of shoe.

Great walking shoe - I know this is sold as a running shoe, but I bought it for walking and am very happy with it. Lots of arch support, good ventilation, cushioned enough for a long day on my feet. I also love the dark grey color. Saucony shoes are great for my overpronating large (size 12) feet, but they don't make a lot in darker colors and I don't always want to be in a white running shoe. These can be worn with darker pants and jeans without looking obvious.

Great for walking!
Bought these sneaks for walking my dogs. They are super comfortable and look great. Thumbs up, and thumbs up to Zappos for getting them to me so fast!
