Love these shoes -
Great looking shoes with double platform. Quite comfortable despite height of heel. Shoe runs at least a half size larger than marked.

Sexy but comfortable -
At first glance, I thought, wow that heel is so high, it will never be comfortable. However, with the platform it is extremely comfortable and absolutely gorgeous on the foot. I got compliments from everyone who saw them.

 |  | I just wanted you to know that Zappos.com "wowed" me recently. I have been looking to improve the customer experience in my company for years, but until recently haven't
taken the necessary steps to make it happen. In the last month I have contacted many well known customer service businesses to foster ideas on how to better care for our customers, and ZAPPOS.com has risen to the top for me. You not only sent me some of your 2008 Culture books, but you didn't charge me a cent, and I made sure that I presented this fact to the team at our daily morning huddle. I was also most impressed that Tony signed the book(s)!!! Wow. I want our company to be known as following ZAPPOS.com's lead, and be better at caring for the whole individual as we care for their health needs.
