Beautiful shoe, just what I was looking for. However this shoe runs narrow, I wear a medium and could barely get my foot in the shoe. I'll be returning these, otherwise perfect shoe.

DELIGHTED -
I just got my new shoes today, and they are PERFECT. I ordered a 9.5 (I usually wear a 9), based on the advice of others who had posted (so thank you, previous reviewers!). I do have a slightly wide foot, but the 9.5 size is fine in the width area - a little tight, but I think they'll stretch a bit with time. The shoes come with a shoe bag for storage - nice. I have them on right now, and I'm impressed with how comfortable they are. GO ZAPPOS! :) Fast delivery, great products, fantastic customer service.

Perfect height, very comfy!
These are good looking shoes with the perfect height, about 3", the comfort cut off height for me. They are not as well made as Italian shoes (the best) but they look fabulous! They are narrow, so I ordered 1/2 size larger because I have a wide foot. They are perfect because they are softer, forgiving shoes that feel like no break in time is required. Not much toe crack, which I don't mind. I'm keeping these, thanks Zappos, you're awesome!

Too narrow -
This shoe is beautiful and really well made -- the sole (and particularly the ball) are nicely padded. However, it is too narrow for my wide feet. I usually wear a medium width (sometimes wide) but couldn't get comfy in these so I sent them back. :(

Gorgeous Shoe but...
Absolutely gorgeous shoe. High quality, well made and well worth the money and more. BUT... Shoe opening is very deep which shows about 1/2 inch of your toe joints which looks tacky. I'm a size 10 and have a very narrow foot but probably need a 1/2 size bigger. The heel is higher than stated in the description but not too high and in reality was the perfect height I was seeking. Zappos service is awesome. Unfortunately, I will send back this shoe as your toe cracks shoe not been seen in a shoe unless it’s a flip flop.

I ordered two pairs of shoes this morning (around 10am) and I receive an email that my order not only had been processed, but shipped and it is 2:40pm-on the SAME day. AND I was upgraded to priority status. I have to say WOW. This is the most impressive online service I have had from retail - ever. I bought my wedding shoes from you back in Feb, and I do recall how fabulous your customer service team was. I can't believe I have waited this long to purchase from Zappos again. You went above and beyond my expectations and I greatly appreciate that-esp. in these times. I order online a great deal because of my busy schedule and it is hard to go out and go shopping. This is the best treatment I have had by far- and I haven't received my shoes yet, but I know I'll get 'em much sooner than I thought. KEEP IT UP!!!
