Almost perfect flat. These shoes are almost perfect: great round toe, cute shiny patent leather, and good cushioning on the sole, which is rare for a ballet flat. My only criticism is that they are shredding the backs of my heels. I am wearing band-aids in hopes of breaking them in because they fit my needs for a cute, flat dress shoe when I don't feel like wearing heels, but it's been a painful process so far.

The Little Black Dress Shoe -
As soon as I saw this shoe I knew it would be the perfect traveling companion. It can be worn all day as a comfy walking shoe with jeans and go right into evening with a pair of dress slacks or dress. It eliminates the need to pack several pairs of shoes. What a great shoe.

Cute, but not enough vertical space -
I love the look of this flat. The sole is a little thin, but that's fine for my trek from home to car to office and throughout the office. But, I have a wide foot, and the wide width (C) was not wide enough, nor was the vertical space for the opening near my toes enough. Sadly, I must return them.

 |  | Thanks so much for the expedited shipping. I meant to have the shoes shipped faster when I placed the order because I want to wear them this weekend, but I forgot. I didn't really worry about it though because Zappos always sends things incredibly fast - I've received packages the day after I placed an order! Zappos is great. The free shipping and fast return make shopping for shoes online foolproof. I know I order more because I know that if I don't like the shoes or they don't fit, I can return them easily and the payment is always credited to my account promptly. Thanks for the great service.
