This shoe runs small. I normally wear a size 8 1/2 or 9. The size 9 were way too short. This is a nice shoe otherwise. I am sorry that I have to return them.

I needed a simple flat shoe to wear to work and this cute little shoe (well, not so little in a size 10) fits the bill perfectly. It's very soft and comfortable, and the design of the shoe works for my high instep.

Great buy -
I have always loved Rockport and worn them for years. These shoes are great and very comfortable, light weight and look good with any type of casual outfit. That’s the way I wear them. I got them in red and it is a pretty shade of red, not loud and bright.

This shoe is very soft and comfortable. It's a great casual loafer for work or with jeans.

I really like the look and color (I got it in red) of this shoe. I really needed a size 10.5, which Rockport does not make - shame on them, but I liked the shoe enough to try to deal with it being a little long for me. It is quite comfortable, but I could use just a tad more arch support - but if I had it a half size smaller, that might not be an issue.

Nice shoe, but...
There is a nice cushion in the shoe; however, after wearing it awhile, the top cuts into the top of my foot. Hoping this is because they are new and will eventually stretch.

 |  | Dear Zappos, Okay, help me understand something. I place an on-line order last evening at about 8:00. I screw up how to use my store credit and can’t figure out how to fix it. I resort to calling your toll free number to fix my stupid mistake and expect to be on hold for at least 20 minutes. Wow is all I can say! A real live person answers the phone in two rings after I debated with myself whether or not to press the option for joke of the day. He corrects my problem and even makes the decision to not charge my credit card for the less than $2 difference between my store credit and the amount due for the running shoes I ordered. On top of this, the shoes were sitting on my doorstep tonight after I came home from work. I even wore them for my evening workout. How dare you do this in less than 20 hours after my mistake! You just set the customer service pole vault bar at 37 feet in my book! Terrific, terrific service. Thank you very much! I now consider myself a customer for life. You all will have to work very hard to make me buy a pair of shoes from another company. I’m new to Zappos and you can bet I will be looking to Zappos for other purchases! Many thanks... my next order will be tomorrow evening so I can surprise my wife with a new pair of Berks she wants, but actually needs... it isn’t always good to want things!
