I love the Florsheim Comfortech shoes. I have been buying them for over 10 years. They are dressy, but give the feel of wearing slippers.

If you don't mind, I'd prefer to write a review about Zappos, in general. Here's what I would say. Zappos is my shoe store. Here's the two big reasons why: 1. Free shipping (both ways). I've bought from other online shoe stores (pay attention, competition) who offered free one-way shipping. Half the time, the order results in a less than perfect fit, necessitating an exchange. This feels like paying the furniture salesman $20 for each couch you sit on. No, thanks. 2. Courteous, friendly and helpful staff. Sometimes you just feel like you need to speak to a person. I realize the website could have handled my questions and requests, but when I don't use the website, and call instead, I'm not chastised by the staff. They're eager to help me. And they they follow up with an email, just to make sure I'm satisfied. That service is hard to beat!

A very comfortable shoe, although the leather seems a little thinner than I would have thought in a wing-tip. These need to be broken in a little as the back rubbed against my heel a little, but after 2 times, they got better. I would recommend these.

A great find!
I have a great deal of trouble finding shoes to fit since I wear a B width. I was able to find it here and the shoes fit and look great. I bookmark this site for future buys.

Excellent shoes. Look great, and very comfortable! Zappos customer service is remarkable. I originally ordered a pair of shoes and did not like the way they looked or felt. I returned them at no charge and was able to order the Bristows and they were shipped to me next business day, again at no charge.

Comfortable Shoe - Having a 10.5 EEE wide foot with a high instep makes finding comfortable dress work shoes very difficult. This shoe is perfect for big heavy guys who need to dress for business yet do a lot of walking. They are very lightweight and flexible and traditionally fashionable. I bought black and corovan (would have bought a brown pair too if they made them). I hope Florsheim keeps making this shoe. Maybe I should have purchased 2 pairs of each color!

I was looking all over for another wingtip, something to replace the apparently long-gone Rockport Tribune. This fits the bill -- very nice shoe. Zappos: Five Stars for outstanding service. Ordered these online sometime in the early evening; they arrived the next day around 4PM. Amazing.

 |  | Dear Zappos, I just wanted to send a quick note to tell you that I will be a loyal customer for as long as you exist! I have never once had a bad experience with Zappos.com and have found even returning a product is pain-free. Many people find buying shoes online to be a process that is a hassle based on shipping costs and not getting a chance to see the shoe actually on their foot, but you have done a tremendous job not only making shipping easy, and FREE, but also providing a number of angles for a shoe online so it can best be represented without physically holding it. I have purchased numerous shoes, sandals and boots from Zappos over the years and have never once been disappointed. Most recently, I was upgraded to expedited shipping for free on my most recent purchase, which again pointed out why I love Zappos so much! My educational background is a degree in marketing as well as an MBA focused in strategic management, which makes me extra critical of things like customer service as well as other business functions. Zappos always comes up as my example of companies who are doing things right and charting their own path to success. I recommend your site to people all the time and hopefully they will experience the delight I have come to know as 'the norm' when dealing with Zappos. Thank you to everybody there for their hard work, dedication and emphasis on the customer. It is not going unrecognized and you have me hooked for life!
