Zappos does take "customer service" seriously. I could never find a company
as accommodating as Zappos if I scoured the Internet for a lifetime. Of course I refer your company... to everyone I know - at work, among friends and family, and even strangers on the subway who compliment my attractive shoes. I can't count how many times I write out your web address for others. You should supply little calling cards in each pair of shoes so I can hand them out on your behalf.
