Love these boots! I was looking for a warm pair of boots that I could wear with jeans or a skirt, but I wanted something that wasn\'t super-bulky (like uggs, etc.)-something a little "dressier," I guess. I ordered these and received them the very next day, thanks to zappos great shipping. They are super-comfortable. I love that they have a wedge heel. That makes them much more flattering and more feminine looking (well, as feminine as you can get with these types of boots). \r\n\r\nThe only thing I don\'t like about them is that they aren\'t very snug around the calves. Once you tie them, they tend to loosen up after wearing them for a little while. I tried looping the laces around the back and then back around the front and that seemed to help. Also, if you are trying to wear them under jeans, the jeans want to "stick" at the tops of the boots. I would also recommend spraying them with leather protector before wearing.\r\n\r\nI really like these boots and would definitely recommend them!

Great and stylish boot!
They are awesome! I hate Uggs because everybody is wearing it but I love this one because it's unique. The only thing I wish is its lace - they could have laced up higher. I didn't get this from Zappos though... It was on sale at a shopping mall I go to. So check retail shops around you first :)

Super comfortable boots -
These boots would have gotten a full five stars if they laced up just a little bit higher, the tongue of the boots flops over frequently because the boots don't lace high enough. Other than that, they are perfect. They are super comfortable, and you even with the kind of high heel they don't hurt your feet.

Cute but...
Not lined on the bottom and WAY too big on me in the calf area. Even when I tried to pull the laces tighter they were still too large. I do have smallish calves, but these were huge on me. They do look great and seemed comfy. They may run a bit big.

This boot is very comfortable & stylish. I love them...I only wish that the string to the boot would tie closer to the top.

Awesome Winter Boot -
So warm and cozy, super comfortable, can be worn under or over your pants, and looks great with skirts too. LOVE this boot!

Fantastic boot!
Great boot! Warm inside, calf circumference is wide enough to tuck jeans in (I have larger calves). You can also fold the boot down for an entirely different look. Comfortable enough to wear all day! Great look, I have already received many compliments. Highly recommend.

 |  | You're pretty awesome. Let me count the ways: 1. You make it easy for me to find great shoes. That should be enough. BUT I SOLDIER ON. 2. Pretty darn good website. There are lil' bugs here and there (sometimes narrowing a search doesn't totally work, but for the most part it does), but comparing you folks to some other nightmarish sites I've used, especially with the sheer amount of product you have for me to see...well done. 3. Convenience. HOLY CONVENIENCE, BATMAN! Much like Ian McKaye of the band Fugazi, I am a patient boy, I'll wait, I'll wait, I'll wait, I'll wait. But when I order from you I don't have to. I've had shoes get to me so fast I actually thought there must have been a mistake because it got to me TOO quickly. Guys, that is some serious service. This is why I buy shoes exclusively from you. 4. Customer Service. I had a store credit recently, but like an idiot, I deleted the email with the credit code. I called up and talked to a totally friendly, funny, helpful guy. He said he'd take care of emailing me the code and all would be right with the world. OH NOES! The email, actually never showed up. So I called back and spoke with a totally friendly, funny, helpful girl (with a completely pretty voice, I'll be honest) and she got me a coupon code while I was on the phone (THAT'S good turnaround) and explained that there were the dreaded *technical difficulties* and the other dude didn't actually screw up. Guys, I've never talked to a company on the phone and ended with such a good feeling. I have friends that I don't enjoy talking to on the phone that much. Close friends. Is it ok if I just call to talk sometime? I'm kidding. Maybe. 5. You ALL seem to have a sense of humor. You guys are frakkin' funny! Your email, any of the “dig deeper” sort of stuff (blogs, joke of the day, etc.). That is beyond refreshing, thank you so much :) Honestly, as long as you guys are around, you got my bidness.
