I ordered these shoes for my son. He loves them and hold up great. This is our second pair from last year. Zappos is wonderful! They ship items out immeadiately!!

 |  | Hi Zappos, I am having printer problems and payday is not until Wednesday so I will try to send back my purchase next weekend. Meanwhile, I want to compliment your company and your telephone staff. Whenever I have called Zappos I do not feel zapped or trained at the end of the conversation as with some other companies. Your telephone specialists are very knowledgeable and equally courteous to me.
