Super Cute Boots -
I like the boots overall. They are really comfortable and true to size. The only thing I would change about the boots is the top, front fur flap. It sticks straight out!! You literally have to tie it down with the laces in order to keep it from sticking out. Other than that, it's a super, cool-looking boot! I highly recommend!!

This boot is oh so cute; however, the zipper is next to impossible to work. These were for my daughter; however, I had just as much trouble with them. Too bad because the look of the boot is very cool!

 |  | I wanted to thank you for the incredible customer service you've provided in recent weeks. When my pair of boots arrived in less than perfect condition, I had hoped to exchange them for a new pair. Unfortunately, you were out of stock. A wonderful representative offered tips on how to clean up the boots, offered to search other stores to see if they had the boots in stock, and even asked if I would like a refund before returning the boots! I decided to keep the boots for a few more days, as I was not interested in purchasing from another retailer. Luckily, Zappos received more boots in stock within the week. Another rep sent my order straight away and ensured that the new pair were in perfect condition. Best yet - they sent the new pair with overnight shipping!
