Perfect running shoe for the over-pronator. I normally wear an 8 1/2 in regular shoes and in these I take a 9. I always buy Mizuno for running.

Love Mizuno shoes. This is the third pair for me. I am an overpronator, plus I had some lower disk problems, I can walk so much further with less pain. This shoe gives me excellent stability. I\'ve tried many different shoes nirvana 4 and renegade 4 are far the best shoes out there.

This is the only running shoe I will purchase. As an overpronator with flat feet, I need a well-built shoe with plenty of support. Mizuno Wave Renegade continues to deliver!

If you have flat feet and over pronate (the inside soles of your feet angle in), this is the shoe for you. I was an avid Adidas wearer until I found Mizuno. I no longer have lower back pain when I run since wearing these shoes. I am now on my second pair.

Awesome running shoe for over pronators!!
If you run 4-7 miles everyday and have very flat feet--including problems not only with arches but also with the upper metatarsal area, you have got to get this sneaker. I have been wearing Brooks Ariel and they wear out way too fast lately. I switched to this Mizuno product and what a difference!! The motion control is better and the sneaker is more streamlined--unlike the boxy Ariel. I feel that I am running better. If you are a regular runner you know how important the footwear is. And these look really great--not that I really care about that but they are really cool!! Get this sneaker!!

I have a problem with flat feet and overpronation. These shoes have fixed that so my feet no longer are hurting by the end of the day. I tried many different types and for me these were very comfortable right from the get go. I do wish they had them in more neutral colors as I wear them a lot and the color clashes with certain things.

I bought these shoes based upon a review in a magazine. Lives up to the review and more. I am in the military and run an average of 15 miles per week. Before I had these shoes I would have pains in my feet and in my knees, not with these shoes. My feet and knees feel great! I will not buy another running shoe after having the Mizuno Wave Renegade 4.

Great, comfy shoe - I love this shoe. I've been a Brooks Ariel fan for many years and was skeptical about switching brands but this shoe came highly recommended so I gave it a try. I ordered a half size up in order to have a roomy toe box. It feels like a slipper it's so comfortable and it has great stability. The sock-like fit means the laces are never too tight and they don't dig in. Plus, it looks great. 5 stars all around!

 |  | I want to personally thank all of you for sending my shoes standard overnight, even though I opted for UPS ground shipping. I only had one pair of black oxfords and they became unglued after doing some yard work. I have black jeans and clothes to wear them with, and needed these shoes very badly. My sister was dismissed from her job two months ago and I have been paying all of the house bills and mortgage by myself, and did not have the extra money for an overnight shipment, so thank you for going 50 extra miles and doing that for me.
