Disappointed -
After searching endlessly for the perfect pair of stylish sandals, I bought these... and only one wear later and they are totally shot. Back strap totally slides down and glue on top of shoe coming undone. Cannot believe the poor quality for the price. So sad.

Cheap material -
The heel strap slides down with every step and overall, the quality of the material is poor. Definitely not worth the price. But still love Zappos! This is the only time I have been unsatisfied.

Disappointing -
Maybe I was expecting too much... but I don't think these sandals are worth the price. They are roughly made; the adjustable straps around the heel aren't the same length. One strap was short and the other was really long! The footbed is also lifting away from the sole... I guess it wasn't glued properly. They are cute sandals and they run true to size, but that's all they have going for them.

Super cute style. No arch support so if you are wearing them all day or walking a lot, they will start to hurt. I love the look, but not sure they're worth the price. I'm sure you can find similar styles much cheaper.

 |  | Dear Zappos, I just had to write. I am so blown away with the speedy delivery of my order that I placed YESTERDAY! I am so excited and never expected that my order would be delivered so quickly. Thank you SO MUCH, Zappos is awesome. I was so thrilled, I went around and told everyone in my office about my experience. Surprisingly several folks had not heard of Zappos - but THEY DO NOW! I am anxious to go back online and see what else I can order. It's easier than driving to the mall in Houston to pick it up. Thanks again so much for exemplary service. Millions of other online providers could learn so much from your service policy. And P.S. - I loved the flap on the box that says "Packed with Happiness". I felt happy to receive it!
