Shoe Size: Felt a half size smaller than marked
We purchased this shoe in black patent and it is just beautiful! Had to return for a half size larger but Zappos made it easy and fast.

I have never paid for other than standard (read slow boat) shipping, and have also never failed to receive your deliveries the next day. I can order Sunday online at night, and the shoes will be there Monday before dinner, it’s astounding. All other companies should take their cue from you guys.
