These shoes hurt my feet so bad I took them off after only ten minutes of walking. I couldn't believe all the 5 star ratings this shoe received. I am returning them as I cannot wear them at all. I should have stayed with New Balance.

I bought this shoe in a wide and it is my favorite shoe to wear to work. I try to buy a new pair every year so that I can rotate shoes. It is comfortable since I am on my feet all day, it meets the color requirements of my work and I am known to wear this with a skirt during warm weather. I am interested in comfort and being able to get through the day without my feet hurting. I really love this shoe and have not found another to replace it.

These shoes are really comfortable. I am able to wear them without my orthotics and my feet are okay. Insoles are removable, though, if you need to wear orthotics. I would recommend these shoes to anyone.

Not true to size!
I wear a 10N shoe and although this shoe seemed like it would have provided lots of support if it fit properly, it felt nearly a whole size too short for my foot. It was also very clunky looking (but if it had fit, I would have kept it since it seemed comfortable).

I have worn these shoes for years and they are very comfortable and hold up well. The shoes cool your feet in the summer. I work at a school and am on my feet lots. These shoes are the best. I love Zappos and recommend them to everyone.

Propet Stability Walker - Was disappointed in this shoe; 4E width was so tight at instep and across toes, it felt like a regular width (D or E) shoe. The shoe definitely runs narrower than advertised. I ordered a P.W. Minor shoe (Pleasure) along with this one, and the P.W. Minor shoe fit exactly right, with plenty of toe room. This shoe felt like a stranglehold on my 8 1/2 4E foot!

I have short, wide feet with very high arches; this is one of the few shoes that are wide enough for me. I can stand for eight hours with only minor discomfort.

These are great shoes. I stand on my feet 8.5 hours a day and these shoes help with any foot pain. My legs don't seem as tired as they are with other shoes. I highly recommend these shoes!!!

Thank goodness for this shoe!
I recently broke my leg (in two places) and dislocated my ankle, including rupturing the tendons. This is the only enclosed shoe that is wide enough and stable enough for me to wear as I recover from my injuries and the resulting surgeries. While the shoe for my other (good) foot is too big that is not the shoe's fault and I can tighten it up enough to be comfortable. I highly recommend this shoe for people with wide feet and/or who need a comfortable walking shoe. Worth every penny I paid.

I am on a concrete floor for almost 8 hours a day. These are my favorite shoes to wear as they keep me going through the day. I hardly notice I have shoes on. I have 1 pair that is over 2 years old and another that is 1 year old. They hold me up well and the shoe itself wears great!!

Just ordered 2nd pair -
This shoe was the 4th walking shoe I ordered last month from Zappos. Three I returned. The 4th, the Propets Stability Walker, I am keeping. I have just placed an order for a 2nd pair so I don't have to go through more trial and errors the next time I need a pair of shoes.
Thanks to Zappos I was able to try all of these shoes long enough to know which one is for me.

Super Fit and Comfort on the first day!
I wore these shoes for 10 hours on the first day! They were extremely comfortable and provided great support while looking good too! I plan on ordering another pair.

This is a terrific shoe, and I'm glad to have read all of the reviews, as they compile a perfect description. The width in this model is in the base, not the around the foot. It provides for great balance, even walking an active dog in the Florida sand. With a closet full of medium widths, I still order a wide, for active wear to accommodate a bunion. Good idea, here. I'm so comfortable, and my dog isn't making me trip in any more sand pits! And of course, Zappos had them here faster than Superman, himself could have done! Thanks, Zappos.

Size/width very good. Very comfortable from very beginning. The arch seems a little low. I wear women's 6.5 eeee (4 e) unable to find shoes at stores so I had to go to catalog ordering. Then I discovered ZAPPOS and I am in heaven. Customer service rep was very nice on the phone when I had to return the first pair because of the width, and she found me a 4e and it fits great. Thanks Zappos, you have a very happy customer!

I have had these shoes multiple times, they are super comfortable, they match with any outfit, and perfect to skate in. Zappos is by far the best place to order shoes. Longest I have ever waited has been three days.

I am an elementary school teacher and spend most of the day on my feet walking around tight places occupied by children. The stability walker has totally enhanced my ability to stay on my feet and move quickly without stumbling. I feel very confident in this shoe!

Product Review - Stab Walker -
I wear a brace on my L foot; had to remove the insert in the shoe, as with it, shoe would not fit. It was tight for the first week or so, and uncomfortable. However, it stretched out and now works fine. I had been given a pair of these by my ortho dr. (the brown colored) and they lasted for about 7-8 mos, then the R shoe heel wore down, thus having to purchase this pair. Wanted the brown color, however, you were out. The white is ok, but not very fashionable looking. *Note: Shoes where the tongue does not open wide, unable to fit an orthotic into. If wearing orthotic, purchase this width or wider; make sure shoe ties, otherwise unable to get foot in to shoe w/orthotic.

I do not like this shoe -
I tried it on and figured that with some wear it would break in. It's worked well enough for work, but I'm not on my feet a lot so I guess it wasn't a good test. It “pulls” up all the time in the back, but is super tight in the front. Plus, the actual toe area is really narrow and if I hadn't order a half size larger than I normally wear, then it would have totally cramped my toes. So I wore it in Disneyland and walked for three hours and my feet were absolutely killing me! The balls of my feet absolutely ached, and my toes were sore from the shoe being too tight. I ordered these because my absolute favorite shoe ever was a Propet, but I am very disappointed with this shoe. It will likely sit in my closet forever without being worn again.

Little cushioning, didn't accommodate orthotics -
This shoe felt very stiff on my feet, with little cushioning apparent. When I replaced the insole with my custom orthotic, plus cushioned insole, the heel slipped with every step and no adjustment of the laces could fix that. They are on their way back to Zappos now.

Good option for kids with wide feet -
My son has very wide, flat feet (think Fred Flintstone). Previously, I had been able to find options for him at Zappos. This time my search for extra wide boy’s shoes resulted in only two options: tan or white bucks! Not exactly high on a fourth grader's list of wants. In an attempt to fit him, I searched the women’s section and found this shoe in a black 4E. His response upon trying them on was one word: Heaven. After several weeks of heavy use, they are holding up, looking good, and still getting the thumbs up for comfort. Thank goodness for unisex looking shoes and thanks to Zappos for their continued outstanding service.

Cute shoes! Very light and comfy. Fit true-to-size, but not recommended if you have a wide foot. I got the teal and brown ones and am looking forward to going to Europe with them!

My 1st cute orthopedic sneakers -
I would love them except they are made so wide :( They are very nice looking. I have a very wide foot and got the regular width but they are extremely wide. Maybe I needed to size down but too late as I wore them. Definitely buy these if you need a good walking sneaker but test for size.

Comfortable shoe for orthotic -
I needed a larger size shoe to accommodate a custom-made orthotic for my foot drop. I had ordered a shoe from a different company (at twice the price) and it was uncomfortable. I had to pay postage to return the shoes. My daughter recommended Zappos because I would have ample time to try the shoes before committing to the purchase and there would be free postage for a return. I am glad that I took her advice even though I did not have to test your return policy since they fit perfectly. In fact, I ordered a second pair in black. Delivery was also expedited at no additional expense. I ordered late Sun. evening, Mon. was a holiday, and I received them on Tues. It was not essential to have such rapid delivery, but it was appreciated and confirms your dedication to excellent service. Thank you.
