Fitzwell Sky - As always, I am thrilled with Zappos customer service. This shoe felt a full size shorter than marked. My toes actually bumped up against the front of the shoe, which never happens. I've ordered a full size larger and think they will fit well, especially with hiking socks. The width and the arch support felt good. I wear a 9W.

Love 'em!!! I bought these shoes for work and general all purpose wear. I wore them to work to "break" them in and they sure don't need any!!! They are not only comfortable but nice looking as well. I don't usually like wearing "closed toed" shoes (I'm an avid flip flop/sandal wearer even when it's raining) but these might just convert me, for a little while! lol
