My first shopping experience at Zappos.com will certainly not be my last as I have been so impressed with their customer service and the great shoes I received. I wish more companies acted this way. They truly understand what online shoppers value. In terms of the shoes I ordered, I love them. I would buy again for sure.

Very cool, comfy and multi purpose shoes -
I have always known PUMAs to be very high quality shoes. These Puma's are incredibly comfy and stretchable shoes. I love these. Looking forward to another pair.

 |  | I just wanted to write in because I have placed many orders in the last couple of months and returned several of the pairs. I am leaving for a trip to Paris in a couple of weeks and I've been searching for the right pair. I've not had much luck, but I wanted to let you guys know that it isn't because I've been unhappy with my shopping experience with Zappos. Quite the opposite actually. Because your customer service and purchasing/returning policy is so great - I just keep coming back. So thank you, for making life easier for those of us who lack the time to run around to the various shoe stores around town. You really make my life easier and give us all one less thing to worry about.
