I have only praise for Zappos, I had a problem ordering online and had to telephone the order. The help was quick and efficient and best of all, I ordered the wrong size and had to send them back again using telephone rather than the internet. The people helping me were courteous and efficient, sent the new pair of shoes before I had sent the incorrectly sized pair. I guess, the best comment, it was a wonderful and gracious experience from a commercial entity.

Got these for gentleman to fit with his leg brace. He usually wears a 9.5 regular width, and the 3X 9.5 fit him and the brace beautifully. Enough room for the brace, and still a good fit with no slippage. No need for extra length.

Very comfortable, but...
I have arthritis in my feet and need a comfortable shoe that will accept my orthotics. I like them better than the InStrides that I had previously -- they have some good ankle & heel support as opposed to the InStrides which have as much lateral support as a wet paper bag. Only one problem -- I bought these in April and before the end of July, the soles are completely worn out and splitting. I do a fair amount of walking, but I usually get a full year out of a pair of walkers. I am disappointed, but I just ordered another pair because they are the most comfortable things I've ever put on my feet.

Comfortable Walkers -
I've been a Zappos customer for several years and I am always pleased with my orders. I have a wide foot so I need guidance as to what shoes aren't too tapered for my diabetic feet. These shoes were perfect and helped alleviate the pain from my planar fasciitis.

Pleasantly surprised!
My husband usually wears a double E shoe and due to recent surgery he needed something easy to put on. I ordered this Velcro strap model in the triple E because he wears a foot brace and it sometimes takes a lot of room from a shoe. He is very happy with this model and the triple E size. He also has a high instep. This model is extremely comfortable. I will look into other Propét shoes for him in the future. He wears Rockport and Florsheim almost exclusively. He is very happy and comfortable with this shoe! Thanks Zappos!

Very comfortable fit.
We bought this shoe because my husband just had shoulder surgery and is unable to tie shoelaces for the next few weeks. The shoe is very comfortable, and fits true to size. It is sturdy.

After using the shoes for the first time on a 30 minute walk, my feet felt like it was in sandals. I wear thick walking socks and the shoes felt fine throughout the walk.

DIABETIC HUSBAND LOVES -
Got this for husband, he loves, is very comfortable, as a professional chemist he does stand a good deal at work and has small feet for a man yet is overweight, almost 300 lbs.

Great shoe! Easy to put on with arthritis. This shoe fits well. I can't tell you enough how easy it is to put these on with only one hand when arthritis makes it difficult to put on tie shoes. The nice part from Zappos is that they arrived at my door the day after I ordered them.

I ordered these shoes on a Sunday night and they were delivered on Tuesday morning. Absolutely great delivery service on the part of Zappos. I had ordered two pair, one in white and one in black. Both pair are exactly what I ordered. I have had Propét shoes in the past and have never been disappointed. The Zappos site is the best!

Finally fits!
I've tried several brands of strapped shoes but find that they are either too wide or one shoe fits and the other doesn't. Finally, with these Propet's, they both fit in width and length. They are very comfortable. And the price was right too!

Propét Life Walker Strap - My Review -
I bought this for my Dad who had hip surgery and had trouble finding shoes that fit, as his foot would swell during therapy. Purchased size 13 XX (5E). He could barely fit the shoe on his good foot and could not even fit it on his 'bad' foot. In other brands of shoes, he was at least able to put both shoes on, although they were uncomfortable. He liked the look of the shoe and would have tried another size, but the largest width was 5E.
I am trying one more Propét style of shoe that he likes to see how true to size they are.

Best Walking Shoe On the Market -
Broke in the quickest of any shoe I ever bought. I have some knee trouble and the straps make it so easy. I’ll be buying them again.

I bought these for my son to wear to the special needs prom. He has Down Syndrome and has very wide feet. They go on easy and he is able to do the velcro laces himself. They seem very light weight also.

Swelling feet -
I retain excessive fluid. At times it is very difficult to get my shoes on. The velcro closure and the availability to get size 5E, make them easy to get on and very comfortable to wear.

I found the shoes in the perfect size on Zappos. I need an extra wide shoe and when I received my shoes they fit perfectly and are very comfortable.

Shoe is comfortable even on my wide feet, and the Velcro is easier to keep clean than laces. It isn't easy to find good men's shoes for nursing, and these fit the bill perfectly.

Sole problems -
I had given a positive review on these shoes after buying them for my husband and the fit & comfort are still great. However, I find that they leave dark places on the carpet where my husband sits, which I assume comes from the material in the soles. I hope the company can find a way to remedy this, otherwise I shall have to look for shoes with different bottoms.

I only placed my order yesterday and yet today I get home from work and SURPRISE! My boots are here! Free shipping, fast shipping, giant selection...what else can a customer ask for? Customer service in general is lacking when dealing with other retailers but Zappos rules!
