Great shoe -
These are 1st impression, but this seems to be a great shoe and very reasonably priced. Slightly eccentric with that "tongue" on top, but otherwise looks good! My only concern was what size to get. I wear 2 pairs of socks, so I was not certain whether to get half a size larger or not. I usually wear 9.5 in shoes, but in Adidas soccer shoes I wear 10. Ended up getting a 9.5 in the Diadoras and it is perfect! But with Zappos' free shipping both ways, you cannot go wrong.

I, too, made a conscientious loyalty-spirited decision with this shoe order. I intended to make this purchase through another website because I would have saved $4 on the purchase over your site and still had free shipping both ways. However, my experience with Zappos has been so positive, that I chose to pay the higher price and purchase these shoes from your company. I was banking on the lightening-speed processing and shipping that I have experienced with your company in the past and opted for the known rather than the unknown of ordering from another company. So, when you communicated your "special priority processing" on this order at no additional cost to me, I was moved to respond with a resounding THANK YOU!
