I'm not a rider, I buy Harley boots because they can take a beating. My old Harley-Gypsy boots are riding boots that are comfortable and I can hike for miles on them without a problem. Don't expect that with these boots. These boots will give your calf muscles a workout just from standing around in them. They look great though and they actually make whatever jeans/pants you're wearing look better. Watch out, they are quite slippery on certain surfaces. Navigating the hills of downtown Seattle with these on is not for the faint of heart.

These boots are as pictured and are probably comfortable. For riding, not practical – the heel is too far apart and would be awkward unless you have pegs. They are super cute but I needed more. The fit is true to size. this boot is a 'downtown' one, more for style.

Love the boots -
They are so cute love the heel height & very comfortable. We ride all the time & these work great for riding.

Not for Riding -
I bought these because I thought that they were a great look and expected them to be possible for riding. Only after receiving them did I realize that they are not built for riding. The sole doesn't have any kind of grip...for after riding only. I kept them because they look good but for functionality and comfort...they aren't beneficial.

These boots are great!!
I recently purchased the Harley Davidson Simone boots and they are the BOMB!!!!! They are great for riding, and they fit perfect...very comfortable!

 |  | Didn’t know where to send a note to the full staff so I’m putting it here. I haven’t shopped Zappos for a few years (how many Birkies can one gal wear at a time)! I’ve hunted and hunted for boots. Not much call for tall boots in the Phoenix area, but the styles changed this year so I wanted to get with it. I hate going to stores so I tried the internet, thought I found gold, but ended up returning because they were too loose or too tall or too short. The light bulb went off and I came back to Zappos and they had calf and height measurements listed - what a brilliant idea!!! I found black suede and grey leather and I had them at my front door a day later! How much better could it get: both pairs fit!!! Please post this for all employees so they can know their efforts are very much appreciated... you all could teach the rest of the corporate world how it should be done.
