Shoes in size 4.5US are very hard to find. It looks good and provides just enough comfort for walking around, though I wish it was made with a thicker footbed to deliver excellent support and cushioning to reduce fatigue. I decided to keep these shoes because it’s hard to find other shoes that fit me. Wish Zappos carries more stylish 4.5-US size, which has a thicker footbed, mid heel, and less expansive shoe for me to choose from. Thanks Zappos for your good performance on sale and shipping.

	Your costumer service is amazing. In the two times I've purchased shoes from your site your delivery was quick and it was very nice that there was no hassle of having to pay shipping and handling charges. I greatly appreciate being uprgraded to priority shipping, it just shows how much you really do for your customers.
