Great looks, poor fit -
I was looking for a shoe for cocktail and office parties. I have a foot that is wide at the front and narrow at the heel, so slides often work for me. The Candice looks great but the fit is something else. It is smaller than indicated (but a half to full size) and quite a bit narrower. I don't always take a wide size; sometimes I can fit a regular. But a 7W of this shoe was both too narrow and too short. Too bad, because it looked great.

They aren't bad -
The shoes were purchased last minute to go with a dress. I ordered a wide because I have been having trouble fitting into a regular size in strappy dress shoes. These shoes were no wider than the pair my sister bought of the same brand. I was disappointed but squeezed into them anyway. But I think the shoe was overall comfortable, as long as you were moving. Standing around in these shoes was killer.

Silver sandal slides with kitten heel -
This is a great pair of shoes. I wish they made this one in white and fun, bright summer colors. Very comfortable.

Cute Shoes!
I wanted a pair of low heel sandals that would look good with jeans and a nice summer dress. The shoe was a bit tight initially, but after a couple of wears, it was fine.

Looks better than it "Fitz" -
The pillow heel is a bit awkward. The shoe is wider and longer than marked which causes it to slip off of my foot while walking. I always wear a medium width. It's likely that a narrow width would stay on my foot better. The shoe fits great as long as you are not walking in it.

I have a huge bunion and a narrow heel. An awful combination to shoe! These shoes are perfect. They are comfortable enough to wear all day. Not too dressy for work, but you could also wear them to something formal.

Dress shoes -
Pretty to look at, goes nicely with summer dresses and pants. These are not comfortable to walk any distance. My feet were worn after I wore them one evening. If you’re going to sit down for any amount of time, that’s when I would recommend you wear them.

 |  | Dear Zappos, Okay, help me understand something. I place an on-line order last evening at about 8:00. I screw up how to use my store credit and can’t figure out how to fix it. I resort to calling your toll free number to fix my stupid mistake and expect to be on hold for at least 20 minutes. Wow is all I can say! A real live person answers the phone in two rings after I debated with myself whether or not to press the option for joke of the day. He corrects my problem and even makes the decision to not charge my credit card for the less than $2 difference between my store credit and the amount due for the running shoes I ordered. On top of this, the shoes were sitting on my doorstep tonight after I came home from work. I even wore them for my evening workout. How dare you do this in less than 20 hours after my mistake! You just set the customer service pole vault bar at 37 feet in my book! Terrific, terrific service. Thank you very much! I now consider myself a customer for life. You all will have to work very hard to make me buy a pair of shoes from another company. I’m new to Zappos and you can bet I will be looking to Zappos for other purchases! Many thanks... my next order will be tomorrow evening so I can surprise my wife with a new pair of Berks she wants, but actually needs... it isn’t always good to want things!
