My 11 year old son is off to middle school this year and needed a pair of comfortable/rugged shoes. He's typically hard to fit, but we didn't have any trouble with Merrell. He says they are really comfortable and likes the no-tie laces.

 |  | I'm sure you guys hear this all the time, but I am just blown away by how great your customer service is. I ordered your shoes very late at night. I needed to get them as soon as
possible, but I accidentally ordered them with standard shipping. I found your phone number on the web site and called. I really didn't expect to be put in touch with a human being, but after about 30 seconds I was actually speaking with someone who could help me. He was very helpful and fixed up my order. You guys are amazing, thank you so much!
