I have really narrow feet with issues (plantar fasciitis and metatarsalgia) and had high hopes for this cute shoe. But it is really wide, the top gaps open. I do not normally order narrow size shoes, but will have to see if these come in narrow and send these M/regular wide size back. I think they are cute and probably comfy if they were to fit better on a narrower foot.

This is my second pair of the Justify by Naturalizer. I wear custom orthodics, and these shoes allow plenty of space. They are so comfortable. I did have to order them a half size smaller than my usual shoe.I love the great service I get from Zappos!\r\n

Comfortable but ugly -
For my extra wide feet, the shoe fit, but I wouldn't wear it. Hideously ugly, gapped at the sides, does not flatter the wide foot, although it would be comfortable.

Performs well for the cost -
Great shoe for the price. I've got XX Wide feet. This was more attractive than I thought it would be and provides good support. I had to add a small gel patch to where the ball of my foot is in the shoe, but otherwise well worth the price.

These are probably the most comfortable shoes I have worn in about 5 years. They have a wide toe box, rubber soles and a stretch upper. I can spend all day on my feet with the wonderful padding and arch support. A little too casual for skirts or dresses, but great for pants and jeans.

Ahhhh!!!!
These shoes make me feel like I am walking around in my slippers! They are so comfortable!!! They provide great traction too which is great when I am "flying" around my office. :)

I absolutely cannot buy shoes without trying them on. I had purchased a pair of these shoes at Macys, but they didn't have a second pair. So, I went to Zappos. The website was easy and the shoes arrived in a reasonable timeframe. This was my first time buying from Zappos and I will definitely use them again.

Nice but too narrow - Ordered my usual size (12 WW) and was really looking forward to wearing these on vacation in a few weeks. But it's not to be; I had to return them because they are way too narrow. After I thought about it, almost every pair of Naturalizers I have tried have felt narrower than marked. Too bad, this is a nice looking shoe. Guess I'll have to stick with Clarks. As always though, Zappos is the best!

 |  | Zappos, you are amazing! Can you please explain to me how you can make shoes arrive on my doorstep 12 hours after I order them? I placed my order at 10 pm, and by 10 the next morning I got an email saying the box was on my porch. Even my daughter was impressed, because she knows that when you order things ‘on the computer’ they generally take ‘forever’ to get here. We are mystified but very grateful! Many thanks for the most incredible service out there!
