Contemporary styling, excellent comfort. I've worked on my feet in restaurants for 40 years, and fight plantar fasciitis occasionally. This shoe accommodates an orthotic insert easily, and is very comfortable. Just a great shoe.

These shoes are great; I wear them for casual and business attire. They are extremely comfortable and offer great support and have an appearance that I feel is dressy enough to wear for business and even dressier occasions. In addition, I saved buying them from Zappos versus local shoe outlets.

Poor quality construction for the price. With intermittent wear, eyelet came out within a week and tongue came loose within 3 months. It's too bad; the shoe is comfortable while it lasts.

I have diabetic feet and needed a shoe that would enable me to stand on my feet for long periods of time. Through Zappos I was able to find the perfect and most comfortable shoe I could have ever found. They are so comfortable and soothing to my feet, I hate to take them off. I am a bartender and am on my feet for hours at a time. Thank you Zappos, I wouldn’t buy shoes from anyone else.

I have plantar fasciitis in one foot and I normally wear a size 10W in a Rockport, but a 9.5W was a better fit in the P.W. Minors, less heel slippage. I have full length orthotics fit for a size 10 shoe, but they went right into the 9.5 when I removed the provided inserts. The width is fine as well. The shoes are comfortable and light for walking, even on hard surfaces. I will be interested to see how they wear. I bought these shoes based on my wife’s experience with the PW Minor brand. She also has plantar fasciitis and she said these are the best shoes she has ever worn.

WOW!
I cannot believe that my son is finally happy with a pair of shoes! At 14.5 Wide, the choices are limited. He claims they are both a sure fit, and extremely comfortable. I believe we'll be buying another pair in case they stop making it.

Cross trainer comfort for the office -
I had never heard of this company, and when I went to the website, the tagline of "Do you have diabetes?" didn't look promising. I don't have a special medical need, I just have big feet. Upon getting them, they were remarkably comfortable for my 15 2E-4E feet, and they are better looking than the New Balance I would regularly have to buy. They feel like athletic shoes, but work well for the office. I wish someone would come up with a more formal upper on a comfort sole. But for right now, this is the closest thing I've seen in my size.

Ordering through Zappos is easy & quick. Our order arrived very quickly. The shoes were in perfect condition. We kept one of the two pairs we ordered (one pair just didn't fit). I have a pair picked out for myself & will order them soon.

 |  | Zappos rocks, you so made my nine year old son’s day. We went looking for new DC shoes last Sunday and spent 3 hours only to find out that his shoe size was 6.5 right between boy’s and men's. The stores had no selection in either. We were told by one salesperson that most boys skip that size so they don't carry many. He was very disappointed, I suggested ordering from you guys that night and he didn't want to wait for shipping. I told him Zappos was quick, but he wanted to try stores again, so we did on Tuesday evening and came home empty handed again. We got online, ordered a pair he liked (there were so many to chose from in the size we needed) at 9:30 that night. Of course he was all about when would they be here, again I told him how quick you are at shipping and that probably Thursday at the latest Friday. He came home from school on Wednesday and they were on the front porch. He was so happy!!! Loved the shoes and can't wait to order another pair. I have told other people how fast they got here and no one believes that is even possible. I don't know how you do it, but thanks so much. You're the best.
