Cross trainer comfort for the office - I had never heard of this company, and when I went to the website, the tagline of "Do you have diabetes?" didn't look promising. I don't have a special medical need, I just have big feet. Upon getting them, they were remarkably comfortable for my 15 2E-4E feet, and they are better looking than the New Balance I would regularly have to buy. They feel like athletic shoes, but work well for the office. I wish someone would come up with a more formal upper on a comfort sole. But for right now, this is the closest thing I've seen in my size.

Best experience - Ordering through Zappos is easy & quick. Our order arrived very quickly. The shoes were in perfect condition. We kept one of the two pairs we ordered (one pair just didn't fit). I have a pair picked out for myself & will order them soon.

	I ordered some shoes for my daughter and they were actually too small. She really wanted them for the first day of school and so when I called and spoke to one of Zappos customer service reps, they immediately sent out another pair (the next size up) and we received them 2 days later. My daughter was so excited! I have had nothing but wonderful service from Zappos and will continue to do my online shopping with them because of this! Thanks again Zappos!
