This is a fabulous handbag. It is soft but sturdy. Just the right size. Two deep outside pockets. Inside is perfect for my everyday needs. I love this handbag and may get it in the burgundy color.

Love this handbag! The color and texture is gorgeous and just the right size. The flat single strap keeps from slipping off your shoulder.

Gorgeous, simply gorgeous -
What a beautiful bag, I get compliments on it daily. This bag is spacious, without being overly large, the interior pockets are roomy, as is the single zip pocket inside. The exterior pockets are perfect for cell phones/PDA's and car keys. What I love most about this bag is the strap. A single braided strap, that's just long enough to comfortably go over the shoulder and it stays in place! The braids grip nicely for easy carrying. This might be one of the best looking, most comfortable handbags I've ever owned. 5 stars all up!

 |  | Hi there Zappos, I just got my tracking number for a jacket I ordered yesterday, went to the UPS website and saw that it was out for delivery. After placing dozens of orders through Zappos, processing a few returns, and contacting customer service by phone a few times, one would think that my overwhelming love of you guys would wear off. But, it hasn't; it only gets more intense with every positive experience (which has been each and every Zappos experience I've had). Anyway, I think you should have a testimonial submission function on your site I would probably fill one out after every order.
