It was so great to find a place to look at a selection of shoes for my wide feet. I was used to going into stores and hoping they'd have a pair or two. Zappo's is the first place I will look from now on. The customer service person I spoke with was very helpful and friendly. And my shoes came in a record 2 days! The service is exceptional.

Disappointment -
I ordered a size 9D sneaker to accommodate the arch support and padding I need for plantar fasciitis. I did not try the sneakers on immediately. I thought they were too narrow and not true to size. I have given them to a neighbor because unfortunately it didn't occur to me that New Balance would not fit. It was a $100 mistake.

I ordered this shoe because it was the only volleyball shoe I could locate in a wide. I have other New Balance tennis shoes in wide and they are plenty wide. I even have other shoes in a regular width, so my foot is not THAT wide. This shoe is beyond narrow, even in the wide size. I can't for the life of me figure out what they were thinking when they constructed this shoe as wide as it is really very narrow.

Excellent choice - I take aerobics classes 3-5 times a week and was in need of a better fitting shoe after visiting the podiatrist. After trying several brands and sizes of a "wide" shoe this one is GREAT. I love the feel, it doesn't bother my bunion and I've received numerous comments about the style. Hope this one is available when I'm ready for a new pair of sneaks.

I really love this shoe. I am a very serious athlete and this shoe has been very good and supportive for a long time. I think it has great durability and it was a perfect fit for me.

I just wanted to send a quick thank you to all of you for being such a wonderful company. I have ordered from you several times in the past and have always enjoyed your wide selection, fast shipping, and easy return policy. However, while these are great attributes of a company, they don't usually inspire me to write feedback emails raving about the company. About a week ago, I wanted to order a pair of shoes I'd had my eye on for quite some time. I shopped around but, as usual, Zappos.com had the best price (and free shipping!). However, when I tried to order, neither you nor any other website I visited had the shoes in my size. I called your customer service number to find out if they had been discontinued. In my experience, these sort of help lines rarely produce any sort of useful information, so I don't usually expect a whole lot from them. I called at around 5:30am Eastern Time, and was thrilled someone actually answered the phone that early in the morning! That would have been enough to make me a happy customer, however in true Zappos.com form, my experience exceeded expectations. Not only was the representative friendly and helpful, he took time to check your inventory and find out if the shoes had been discontinued. Then, he checked out other websites to find out if they had the shoes in my size! After several minutes of searching, he was able to find one website with one remaining pair in my size. However, at that point I was so impressed with Zappos.com that there was no chance of me ordering those shoes from any other website! So thank you to Zappos.com and that customer service representative, whoever he is, for such stellar customer service! Keep up the great work!
