Couldn't part with these!
The soles of the Cello, in the front part of the shoe, are thinner than I really look for in a shoe, as I need as much cushioning as possible. These don't provide that, but they're so cute, I had to keep them anyway! They are a great little shoe to wear around, as long as you aren't going to be doing a lot of walking. For a younger person, or someone who doesn't need a lot of cushion in their shoe, these are perfect for all the time. They're quite comfortable to slip into; they just don't cradle your foot with much padding in the sole. I have the black with the blackened gold trim pieces. The brown with the copper is cute, too, but there's barely any contrast between the two browns, so they're not quite as cute as the black ones. I have found a ton of brown shoes in Naot that I liked, but very few black pr., so these were a great find.

Been told this brand was comfortable...it is the kind of shoe you can put on for the first time and wear all day!

Another Great Naot Shoe -
I chose this sandal from Naot because I needed a casual pair for shorts. But they have some extra detail on the top; they make them work for summer slacks as well. They are great! I already have 2 other pair of Naot sandals that have the same removable bed. I have a man that builds custom orthodics and he takes out the inner sole and builds up the arch for me. Most people may not need the extra arch but it helps me. The removable beds in these Naots are interchangeable with my other Naot sandals too so since I haven't gotten in to him to work on these yet I am using the insoles from my other Noats. I also try to get some heal on my shoes because it is easier on my Achilles that I injured a couple of years ago. There is also an elastic inset for the top strap that is great for comfort. I know they are expensive but Sore feet are not worth saving money on shoes.

Problems -
Just got back from a cruise and the elastic strap broke the first day. I love these shoes and I hate to give a bad review, but I was very disappointed.

I LOVE THIS SHOE!!
I have this shoe in black and I love it so much I want it in brown as well. It is so comfortable. I have never worn Naot before, but I will be buying more. I am heavy on my feet, and I also have a bad knee from an automobile accident. I have to have shoes that are very stable, and allow for my one ankle that swells. If these shoes are so comfortable for me, they should be awesome on people with no physical problems as well. I feel as if I'm walking on air, and I can walk on them for hours with no pain. They give great arch support, which surprised me because the arch didn't seem too high. They hug my feet, but aren't tight. I like the fact that when the insole wears out I can replace just that part of this shoe. I highly recommend this shoe. I have MANY shoes from Zappos. I love their great service and free shipping both ways.
