Loved them, at first. They look even better in person. However, I found them uncomfortable. I ordered two in sizes 7 and 7.5 to be on the safe side. 7.5 was definitely big. Size 7 wasn't comfortable and at some point I thought I have to go 6.5. At the end, I got an impression that they won't be comfortable even if I'd go another half size smaller. My advice: if you decide to try them, go with your size if you have medium, and half-size smaller if you have skinny legs.

 |  | Zappos Customer Service, You probably hear mostly from people with complaints. I wanted to take a moment to send some positive feedback. Every order I have placed with Zappos has been a good experience. Many times you upgrade the shipping on your own and I have the item overnight (as occurred with an order I placed yesterday - the item is out for delivery already!) I am in business and know that that is not something you have to do; so I just wanted to say thank you. It's little things like that that make a good service a great service.
