I will be short, I know you all are very busy, but as a customer, I really appreciated you expediting the shipping of my order. Your token of "thanks" to your customers did not go unnoticed, by me at least. You obviously know how to run a company well, and you obviously know how to treat your customer well, something painfully deficient in most companies, especially Internet based, these days.
